今天再來介紹一位名人─John Denver。

這位於1943年12月31日出生於飛官之家的美國傳奇鄉村民謠及美式民謠樂派歌手，他溫暖、樂觀、貼近生活且忠實反映『美國夢』的理想，成為美國流行文化的象徵之一，風靡於整個70年代，卻於1997年10月12日因乘坐自己駕駛的飛機失事墜海，雖然留下了遺憾，但也留下了不少作品傳世，包括Leaving, On a Jet Plane、Take Me Home Country Roads、Sunshine On My Shoulders、Annie’s Song、Back Home Again、I’m Sorry、Fly Away、My Sweet Ladies、Perhaps Love等等。

土風舞界則把這首今天Today改編成優美的華爾滋。當年在學校辦雙人舞之夜，可是必排或必點跳的舞碼呢！

這首今天Today為John Denver於1967年錄製，為當年美國百老匯及台灣美軍俱樂部最愛晚安曲喔！接下來請欣賞John Denver於1977年的現場演唱吧！
