土風舞的分類中，有一類叫做遊戲舞蹈，它的音樂很好聽，動作很簡單，有時候一套動作做完，換個方向還可以再做一次。要說哪個國家是遊戲舞蹈的大宗，那就非美國莫屬了；美國除了有跟著口令員變換動作的美國方舞外，還有歸屬於排舞類型的遊戲舞蹈。

這首週末晚上LOUISIANA SATURDAY NIGHT，是由Don Williams所唱的。它的動作非常簡單，旋律十分輕快活潑，適合在土風舞營中做為熱身舞蹈，讓新生們舒展筋骨(同時認清方向….哈哈哈！)。
